Civic Leadership In 2004 David was a leader in a grassroots
campaign to turn out voters in Seattle. Last year he organized record turnout for his precinct caucus and was elected as a delegate to the state convention. He served as the 34th Legislative District Captain for Obama, where he recruited Neighborhood Leaders for more than 80% of the district's precincts, more than any other district in the state.
